Training innovation can't wait! In today’s rapidly evolving aviation landscape, traditional training methods are no longer enough. From digital transformation to new operational challenges, the need for smarter, data-driven, and immersive training solutions has never been greater. At , we brought together pilots, instructors, and training professionals for a dynamic and hands-on exchange on the future of aviation training, that reflects the complexity of modern flight operations and ground procedures. A key highlight was the A320 simulator, powered bysoftware, combiningandfor an immersive, next-generation training experience. InstructIQ presented their product roadmap and delivered an insightful session on Intelligent Debriefing Systems (IDBS), focusing on how data-driven debriefing can enhance pilot performance and training effectiveness. We were honored to host, pilot and trainer for a thought-provoking talk on Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBTA): "Rethinking the Training: Challenges in Data Collection and Analysis", a discussion on adapting training programs to evolving operational demands and regulatory expectations. The training stream also showcased, our immersive platform for virtual and training. We demonstrated its application in theproject, where it supports airside driving training through realistic scenarios that improve situational awareness, safety, and operational readiness.
